Very large double room in a shared flat in Kilburn

We are 3 girls in our mid twenties looking for a 4th person to take over our friend's room who is sadly moving to Australia.

We work in architecture, design and publishing and are looking for a like-minded friendly professional to join our household.

We all have busy social lives but like to hang out together in our living room whenever we are all in. We are looking for a personable, friendly, tidy and considerate housemate who is happy to pitch in and be part of the house.

The flat is spread over the 2nd and 3rd floors of a detached house on a quiet and green road between West Hampstead and Kilburn. We are a 10 minute walk away from Kilburn and West Hampstead tube stations, and also overground/train links. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near us and we are close to Hampstead Heath. The house itself has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a spacious living/ dining room and 4 double bedrooms.

The room on offer is the largest room in the house, with plenty of storage space and large secondary glazed windows. We have a fully equipped kitchen although more kitchenware is always welcome.

We are really happy with the letting agents, they have a dedicated maintenance team who come round whenever we need them to. There is an administration charge of £150, a deposit of 6 weeks rent, a letter from a guarantor or employer, and references and credit checks are required in advance.

Please note that the reason that this room is still available is because we were let down by someone who had previously accepted the room. We have had to cover the room for a week and therefore are looking for someone who can submit all paperwork immediately and sign the contract at short notice.
