Spacious double bedroom in West Hampstead/Kilburn

Fantastic double bedroom in available in a big house located walking distance (5-10 min) to transport links of both Kilburn and West Hampstead.

The room comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, closet, two sideboard type things), 2 lamps and 2 sets of shelves. It's located at the back of the house facing the gardens which means it's really quiet (great for a good night's sleep).

In the rest of the house (shared with 2 others) there's a large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Note on the shower - it's probably the best shower I've ever had. There is an eat in kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and two ovens! The lounge is large and sunny and there's a gas fire for those cold wintery nights. There's also lots of storage around the house if you've got lots of stuff (like me!).

The housemates are a friendly bunch one is a doctor (man) and the other a teacher (lady). We often end up chatting over a cup of tea in the kitchen, and every so often we cook Sunday dinner together. Both work long hours, but like to relax at home with a good film or a good chat often accompanied by a Gin and Tonic.

If you're good fun, low maintenance and relatively tidy then this might be the place for you. We're always happy to share a glass of wine or a trip to the pub. Hanging around in our pj's until mid-afternoon on the weekend, drinking tea and talking crap is a regular occurrence.

Bills come to about £120 each month (council tax, gas & electric, tv license, internet and water).
