Its an incredibly handy location and with Kilburn station on the Jubilee line 2 mins walk and Overground at Brondesbury 5 mins walk, your options are enviable. Alternative underground lines within a mile are Bakerloo and Thames link.
Busses in and out of the city and surrounding area (Incl west to Brent cross shopping centre or east to Oxford st)leave every couple of mins from the top of the road (200 yards).
Main roads in and out are the A41, Westway, and North circular meaning you can be up and out on the M1, M4, and hitting the M25, and M40 super quick.
Honestly you couldn't be better placed - the transport links are to die for.

You'll find open late Sainsburys and Tesco stores on your block. There are three 24 hours options within 3 mins walk, a Nisa, Shell garage and a independent licensed corner store with groceries and a massive selection of of fresh fruit and veges.

Kilburn high road is one of the cheapest places to eat in London the absolute highlight being Spicy Basil the best Thai Rest/takeaway where all the meals cost a fiver. Within a 5 min walk you can choose from Italian woodfired pizza and pasta, Indian, Turkish, a couple cafés, a deli, the usual chicken joints, fish n chips, African, Chinese, traditional English pub grub and a Nandos for good luck.

The Brondes Age is popular and opens for breakfast, serves food all day then transforms into a bar at night with a live Dj over the weekends. Slightly further is the black lion which do the best cocktails and a cracking Sunday roast. For the dedicated party goer the Good ship rocks on until 4am Fridays and Saturdays. Close but far enough away so as not to disturb.

The flatmates are two self-sufficient, friendly, amenable and tidy professions. You can be as involved or independent as you wish. They share a bathroom with toilet which has the washer dryer and there's a 3rd toilet on the entrance level of the flat for visitors.

The communal lounge and dining area is large and the galley style kitchen has the normal stainless facilities including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and 2 fridges.

I love this area, amazing room and sharing this lovely house with the flatties so didn't hesitate to sign on for a second year. The only reason I have decided to relinquish this lease is for the reasons of the heart. From Oct 24th I will taking a one bedroom flat with my partner but only as far as the next floor down within the same building, so you can see, I really do enjoy living here!
