Double room in Kilburn conservation area - £515

We have a double room available from 12 July in our flat in Kilburn.

The flat is modern and clean with wooden floors, a nice kitchen, bathroom, living room/dining area, and a good view over a garden. It's between Kilburn and Willesden Green tube stations (each 8-10 minutes walk), in a nice safe area in the Mapesbury conservation zone. Our flat occupies the first and second floor of a large house (which is divided into three flats in all).

There are three supermarkets within easy walking distance, as well as plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs on Kilburn High Road (10 minutes walk).

The room available comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We are two friendly young professionals and one friendly PhD student. We are two guys, one who works in finance (29), and one who is doing his PhD in chemistry (28) and one girl (26) who works in video editing. The room has become available as our remaining flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

We are looking for for a like-minded professional who is easy-going, sociable and considerate to live with. Ideally, we would probably prefer a girl (to keep the balance) but anyone is welcome to get in touch.

Bills on average come to about £90 per month in total, on top of the rent - so total costs are roughly £600pcm, but this can vary a lot between months and depends on our gas/electricity bills.
