Room with double bed in a sunny 2-bed flat in a great location. Ex-local authority, the flat is in a block on a quiet street 1 minute's walk from Brondesbury Overland, 3 mins to the Jubilee Line - and only 15 mins to central London.

Plenty of shops and some good local pubs and bars nearby, plus the Tricycle cinema and theatre. It is a short stroll to Queen's Park and West End Lane.

Transport links are excellent: The Jubilee Line is less than 5 mins away; Overground (Richmond-Stratford) is 1 minute; West Hampstead (City Thameslink, Jubilee Line, London Overground) is 12 minutes' walk; and buses/taxis will get you to Paddington in 20 minutes (traffic allowing!)

The bedroom is small but it has a double bed, floor to ceiling wardrobe and bedside table. A major draw is the large open-plan kitchen/sitting room with panoramic views. There are wooden floors throughout, comfy chairs, a foodie's kitchen, a booklover's bookshelves, unlimited wi-fi, Sky+ and many other home comforts. The rent includes all bills plus a regular cleaner, sheets & towels (if you want them).
