1 year let, bright & airy flat, friendly flatmates

This central flat in the Kilburn area benefits from fantastic transport links: 2 minutes from Kilburn High road (Overground), 5 from Kilburn Park (Bakerloo) and 15 from West Hampstead (Thameslink, Jubilee and Overground). It's got a large bright modern kitchen which I love, a large living room, and a nice bathroom with everything in working order.

The room is medium size, with enough room for a small double bed and good bit of space beside. It also has plenty of storage space and a bit of a view out over the surrounds.

Kilburn is a really pleasant and diverse area and the flat is on a small estate in a residential area, close to the supermarket and other amenities. We are within touching distance of a first-class pub and some great restaurants (check out Little Bay).

People you would be living with are Dave and Nick both professionals in their mid/late 20s. We are a sociable flat and do things together at least a couple of times a week.

Dave is an accountant for a marketing firm. Really relaxed bloke, loves his cricket, rugby and is generally up for playing any board game we may suggest.

Nick is a civil servant based in Westminster. He's generally well up for a quick beer in the local pub or some thai food of an evening. He's also continuing getting to know London.

I'd propose Sunday 7 September as the moving in/out date but have some flexibility so am open to negotiation.

We're advertising as a 12 month let as our current flatmate Jack is leaving to study abroad, and we want to welcome him back next year
