Large double room to rent in friendly flat

Hello!

I'll be moving out at the end of December and looking to find someone to replace me in this lovely flat in Kilburn Park!

The flat is a 4 bedroom split level flatshare, with three friendly, sociable young professionals. There's a massive living room and an amazing kitchen with a dining table big enough to sit 8 people. There are 2 bathrooms (with bath and shower) and also a great sized, private back garden.

The bedroom is the largest in the flat, at the front of the house with a large window (not shown in photos). It comes furnished with two wardrobes, a shelf unit, a desk and chair, king size bed, and (my favourite) a trunk! Plenty of storage space available.

The house is very well connected to public transport - it's a 2 minute walk to Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line) and Kilburn High Road (overground). Buses into Zone 1, across to Camden and South to Clapham etc go from the end of the road and there are good night buses nearby too.

Rent is £605 per month + £80 bills. 6 week deposit is required. Ideally we'd like to have a guy to keep the balance in the flat, and preferably a professional. And sorry, no couples!
