Room is located in a 5th floor flat (lift access) with a toilet and bathroom, living space, kitchen and balcony. The kitchen will be being refurbished during Sept but should cause to much of an issue.
I am traveling to India for a month which is why I am looking for somebody to take the room.
Tenants are all Actors, very friendly and helpful, they will be happy to welcome anyone from any walk of life.
The high road (3minute walk) has 4 supermarkets, Primark, banks, a theatre, cinema, pubs etc.
Kilburn Park tube station is 3 stops on Bakerloo line from Paddington (North-West) there are a number of tube and overground links within walking distance, the bus service from the high road is also great with regular night buses from central.
Walking distance of Queens Park and West Hampstead (both lovely areas)
