Cozy Double room in Kings Cross
Students only please
Lovely spacious double room in a flat 5 minutes from Kings Cross station and 10 minutes from Angel.
The move in date is 8th of June, and I’m afraid is non negotiable.
The flat is based on the ground floor and basement, with the room being in the basement with direct access to the courtyard. There are two bathrooms, so you’ll be sharing with only one other person, and an open plan kitchen and living room space. The room also has its own walk in closet.
The flatmates you’ll be sharing with is Ealia, Tom and Shweta. We are all mature students studying psychology, business and fashion respectively, and we are looking for another student to join us. We also have a sweet cat named Luna, and we love to cook, watch movies and socialise together.
We have a cleaner every two weeks that takes care of the communal spaces but we are looking for someone that is clean and tidy.
The bills are not included in the rent but usually come up to £70-£80 per month.
