Double Room Sublet - Kings Cross/Angel

A double bedroom is being sublet from mid May to mid August in our first floor flat located halfway between Kings Cross and Angel - about a five or six minute walk from both. The local area is good for pubs, restaurants and getting anywhere else in London!

The room is spacious and has a window overlooking onto the street, school and park. There is also a balcony accessible from another bedroom. The room comes furnished with a bed / wardrobe / desk and chair / storage.

The flat is in good condition, with a kitchen with plenty of storage and also including a dishwasher and washer. The bathroom was renovated recently, with new tiles and rainforest shower, with a separate WC and basin.

The flat is accessed through a communal gate and then another door, both of which need a key to enter. The flat is located on the first floor.

Bills are included in the price. We use Virgin Media for wifi and gas and electricity is topped up using a smart meter.

The current occupants are all professionals, working in insurance, audit, and publishing. We're looking for professionals.

The area has great transport links - 5 minute walk to either Angel tube or Kings Cross / Euston. There are plenty of bus services that go from Pentonville Road that have frequent buses to the heart of London.

We're looking for a friendly and sociable person to sublet this room to. Although we don't have a communal area, we either hang out in the kitchen or go out and about to local pubs and resturants.
