We have a double room to rent in our flat just OPPOSITE Kingsbury Station, for friendly, mature and single professionals. We are very friendly and easy going, but we also respect other people’s privacy.

Vegetarian only please.

I am specifically looking for single professionals.

The flat is well maintained on the third floor with lift access, and the rooms are spacious and furnished to a very high standard. BIG LOUNGE, BIG KITCHEN AND 2 BIG BATHROOMS with toilets. We are clean and tidy and expect the same of our lodger/tenant.

The flat is JUST 1 MINUTE WALK away from Kingsbury (Jubilee) station, ALDI, ICELAND and there is TESCO right at the entrance of the building.
Various restaurants just a 1 minute walk, and a just opposite to bus stops. Excellent location. First see will take the place. Viewing highly recommended as pictures dont do justice to the place.

Room is available FROM 10th January 2016, however flexibility in moving date can also be discussed once viewing is done.

RENT IS £550 which includes all bills and council tax.
