It is very peaceful here in Ladywell, after a hard day with lots to do at the weekends. Travel is extremely versatile with many bus routes covering all directions and fast trains in and out of London. The station is 2 minutes walk from the house and then 10 minutes to:

I offer a house share in a small Victorian house (1840) in a pretty conservation area near two parks one with a running track. The house is situated in a neighbourly cul de sac inhabited by professional and aspiring writers, musicians, artists and actors. The bedroom is small to medium in size with a single bed (storage drawers underneath), walled bookshelves, an armchair, a small table, a bedside chest of drawers and a small built in wardrobe. The outlook is onto back gardens; you could be in the country. There is also a separate office with a desk for studying.

Shopping and recreation: Ladywell village is a small shopping centre with cafes, restaurants, hairdressers, gift shops and general stores. In the opposite direction is a late night Tesco store. 10 minutes walk away is the usual shopping mall plus a busy street market and a new leisure centre with a pool, yoga, Pilates etc. there are two local parks one with a professional running track. Blackheath and Greenwich are 30 minutes away by bus or train for weekend visits or evenings out providing cinemas, theatres, restaurants, cafes, pubs, a market, book shops, places of learning, dance venues, riverside walks, the Cutty Sark, the Royal Park, museums and the planetarium.

I am broad minded about people and do not have any particular preferences although I am looking for a female housemate. I am happy for a person to be as private or friendly as they wish but good communication is essential with house sharing.

I am interested in the arts, music, psychology, dance, reading so shared interests would be a plus but not essential. References required. Deposit £100. Please reply by email.
