I’m looking for someone to share a spacious 2 bedroom maisonette apartment in prime location since my flatmate is sadly moving out in August.

I enjoy socialising so would like to share with someone that likes to hang out a bit, but also likes a bit of their own quiet time.
An ideal flatmate would enjoy going out and having fun, but able to balance this with quiet time during the week.
The flat is opposite the Imperial War Museum park and close to numerous corner shops and Tescos, super convenient for any necessities. Closest tube station is Lambeth North (2 minute walk) or Waterloo (10 minutes)
