We are currently renting out 1 double room, on the 2nd floor in a duplex apartment, with a large built in wardrobe with mirror sliding doors. The room is furnished with bed, bedside table and bookshelf. The whole apartment furnished with good standard furniture's.

• Waterloo, 2 mins by tube 10 min walking, loads of restaurants & trains
• 2 parks in the area + Imperial War Museum
• Pubs, 1 across the street and several all-around within 5 mins walking distance

Who we are 2 international (Swedish & French) female professional who's looking for someone who will be considerate of others, friendly and clean. We both work would like to live with someone who is easy to get along with and likes to come home to a friendly environment. Will happily send over more pictures to whom may be interested.

Rent is £775 per month + 1. 5 month rent in deposit. All bills are inclusive, council tax, electricity & gas, Wi-Fi , water you name it!

Apologies, but no animals. Smokers no problem, just no smoking in the apartment. Short term works as well.
This flat does not have a livingroom.
