Hello potential new house mate!

This building is an old shop that has been completely renovated to be spanking new for us to move in THIS week.

There is one room left and there are 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen/ communal space, chill area and a decent patio area where we plan to grow plants and vegetables...

We are a mixed bunch in the house, sociable, enjoy cooking together but all are also very busy and enjoy our own space.
So we are a nanny, a musician, a tapas and cocktail bar manager, an economist, a singer, a producer and a sociologist

The house is situated on a really quiet drive just snuck away but very very close to elephant and castle station, and everything central is like a 15minute walk! This very much is living in the heart of the city that's for sure.

We are a non smoking house, no pets, and all clean and tidy.
Rent is £200 pw and bills we estimate to be around £50 per person pm (split between all of us will be cheap)
And we are ready to get someone to move in already this weds.
And the contract is for 12 months.
