Room for one month- Walking Distance to London Eye

Hi there!

We have a nice and cosy room available only for one month in a three bed house.

The rent is £150/week including bills. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. My friend who is moving out can leave the bed, mattress, table and chairs etc for the month if someone wants them, but will be taking all her stuff - books / clothes etc.

The best thing about this room is the location. It is in zone 1, about a 5 -10 minute walk to Waterloo, the London Eye and Houses of Parliament. Shops a short walk away as well as bars / restaurants / theatres / galleries on Lower Marsh, the Cut and the South Bank. You can walk to Oxford Circus in about 20 minutes and London Bridge and the City in about 25. Heading south you've got Brixton / Clapham / Battersea etc for greenspaces and obviously the river on your doorstep. The tube in under 5 minutes away - Lambeth North and there's a huge range of bus links at stops 2 / 3 minutes away.

Its on a nice quiet row of houses set off the street, so it's secure and has some greenspace around it.

There is large bathroom with bath and shower and kitchen with all appliances etc.

The room is large, light and airy, the downside is it is technically the living room of the property, and is divided from the main living space by a thick curtain rather than a wall - this sounds worse than it is - I think!

Overall think this would be a really nice place to be for a month while you're working out where to rent long-term in London. Being in this location would let you explore the city easily and take advantage of a rare opportunity to live this centrally for so little money....
