Double room: amazing house in Waterloo/Lambeth

Double room in central London houseshare located in a gated mews near Lambeth North and between Waterloo and Elephant and Castle. Sharing with two guys and girl, all professionals working in central London, between mid twenties and mid thirties.

The house is within 30 mins walk of Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus, and close to three tube stations, a major railway station and lots of bus routes, including night busses.

Looking for preferably a female, late twenties onwards, gainfully employed and able to pay the rent and bills. Must be clean and tidy and considerate - washing up dishes same day, no loud music late on weeknights - that sort of thing. Generally looking for someone pleasant, easy to live with, who is comfortable sharing a house with others. Ideally we are looking for someone who'd like to live with us on a long term basis and not just a few months"

The costs:
The rent on its own comes to about £532 pcm and bills probably add an extra 120 - 140 on top (this includes gas, elec, water, council tax, service charge, cleaner for communal areas every two weeks, broadband and Sky TV so there is a lot in it.).

The deposit is about £900 and there is a an agency involved so there will be a credit check and a contract fee (share between the outgoing and incoming house members).
