You will be sharing with 3 other friendly housemates (4 bedrooms in total). The whole house is very spacious with 1 en-suite room then for the other rooms there is a modern shared bathroom. The kitchen leads off the communal lounge.

There's a Bannatyne's gym close by.

The connections are brilliant. Frequent trains run from Grove Park to London Bridge (13 mins), Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Bromley. If you work in Canary Wharf there are also trains to Lewisham for an easy change to the DLR. Local shops nearby or a short bus ride will take you to a large Sainsburys in Lee. Then there are also buses to take you from the front door to Lee, Lewisham, Blackheath, Greenwich and Bromley

Communal areas are cleaned professionally every 2 weeks (all included). You may have your own room cleaned for a small extra charge.
