I am renting out the second bedroom in my 2 bed, 1st floor flat located in Lee, SE12.

The flat is literally a few minutes walk from Lee train station (zone 3) which is 13 minutes to London Bridge and 25-30 minutes to Charing Cross / Cannon Street.

The flat is bright and airy, newly decorated and very clean throughout, with a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom / shower, and Wi-Fi. The whole flat is very spacious with a comfy lounge. The room itself comes furnished with a king sized bed, wardrobe and a chest of draws.

There are local shops, restaurants/takeaways and an award winning Gastro Pub a few minutes walk away and a large Sainsbury’s / Tesco Express and The Manor House Gardens just a short 10-minute walk.

There are good bus links by Lee train station to Blackheath Village for great restaurants, pubs/bars, Bromley / Lewisham Shopping Centres and DLR station for the Canary Wharf / Jubilee Line.
