We are a couple living in a 2 bedroom flat in kidbrooke. We are looking for someone single that is interested to rent our single bedroom because the current flat mate is moving out. The room is spacious and comprises of a single bed, embed wardrobe, chest drawer, computer desk, and wifi and TV on living room. The area is very quiet, and the nearest station is Kidbrooke rail station, in addition there are the buses 122, 178, 321 serving us and the nearest stop is 2 minutes away from us, 15 minutes away from lewisham by bus, and 15 away from london bridge by train. We are looking for someone who's is quiet and organised, non smoker, with no pets, and preferably working full-time. Please do not apply if you are not organised and cleaning conscious person. The rent is 450 pcm.
