Private fully equipped kitchen (cooker, dishwasher.....) and Shared bathroom/ shower and rooftop.

Professionals only - preferably someone who works during the day. Quiet, Clean, Considerate and respectful is what I am looking for.
Very well located, 1 minute walk away from Soho, Leicester square, 3 minutes from Covent garden.
About the rent:
£270/ week all bills included (except TV licence).
£1170 deposit required
About me: professional I work in the city Mon to fri. Very quiet and you'd hardly ever see me around.
About you: preferably 1 person, professional, quiet, clean and considerate. You should be able to provide references from employer and landlord.
*Couples may be considered but would need to meet both and talk about it*
The studio will be available early January but can discuss the move in date.
Viewing Mon-Fri from 7PM Saturday/ Sunday tbc first.
