I am a professional lady. I am looking to share my property with a males or females who are clean and committed to keeping the accommodation in good standard (hiring a reliable cleaner).

Furnished room with double bed and sole use of shower room adjacent - extremely private. Room is tastefully decorated to a high standard with large floor to ceiling window facing quiet road.

The building complex has a gym, concierge, CCTV on the private estate. Lovely tenants, families and professionals from around the world.

2 minute walk to DLR for connections into the city. 5-8 minutes walk to main station for trains into Charing Cross, London Bridge, Waterloo, Victoria, Cannon St. - easy connections to central and West End. Many buses and night buses.

Professionals are preferred. This is not a party flat with loads of people over, it is quiet for relaxing after work. I am social and friendly, also very respectful of personal space.

Bills include - electricity, water, council tax, wifi, heat and hot water. Large living room, balcony, open plan kitchen area.

Also very partial to vegan or veg folks!
