I'm Sam and I am renting out my very large and bright double room in a gorgeous two bedroom Georgian property, located on one of the most sought after roads in the Blackheath conservation area. The flat has been decorated to a high standard and has exceptionally high ceilings, original wooden floorboards and a fireplace. There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher, nespresso and all the mod cons! The bedroom is spacious and airy and the room comes furnished with a new bed and a triple wardrobe and chest of drawers, so plenty of storage space.

The location is fantastic, with the best of both worlds it’s a 10 minute walk into Blackheath Village and located only a few minutes walk from Zone 2 Lewisham Train/DLR station making traveling to work or central London quick and easy.

It's only 8 mins by overground to London Bridge, 15m to London Waterloo and 17 mins to Charing Cross. Trains a frequent (every few minutes). There is also the DLR to Canary Wharf, the City and Stratford. A monthly travelcard for the overground is only £60 rather than 120 so I do save money on travel.

I am looking for a sociable flatmate to share my home respectfully and with someone who has similar interests. I like to go out at the weekends, but tend to stay in during the week, occasionally having friends over for dinner, going for a run or yoga class. I’m a very keen cook, love music and like to paint and sew. Virgin Tivo Smart TV, netflix and unlimited superfast broadband are available.
