We have 1 double bedroom available ASAP in a beautiful, comfortable and well-located split-level three-bedroom flat in Lewisham, zone 2. The flat is on the top floor of a stunning Georgian period house and is within walking distance of Lewisham Town, Greenwich and Blackheath.

The available bedroom, the smaller of the 3 bedrooms, is located on the top level of the flat and will be available furnished, and the person who rents this bedroom will also have sole use of the WC on the lower level.

The flat has all gorgeous hardwood floors and a really amazing bathroom tiled with natural stone!

The flat is a five-minute walk to the DLR & Rail stations where you can get transport to Canary Wharf, Charing Cross and London Bridge in 15 minutes. A 24 hour Tesco’s is a 5 minute walk around the corner.

Rent is paid monthly and is £550. That makes the weekly rental rate £137. 50.

Utilities are paid separately. All utilities are paid monthly, but gas/electricity (every 3 months) and the line rental (annually). Total bills amounting to roughly £90 a month.

*Students don’t pay council tax, and professionals would receive a discount from the council for council tax as we are students.

There IS a deposit that will be paid to the managing agency - and it includes the first month’s rent and a small admin fee to the agency - they will handle all of the contracts and references, but if you would like to know more about that process or about the bills - Please get in touch!

If you need a place to stay sooner once the lease is signed and deposits paid, there is a possibility you could stay with us until the current roommate moves out on June 30th.
