Convenient area for all day and all night transport to central London , 9 min train to London Bridge, 20 min to Charing cross, Cannon Street 15 min, as well as Waterloo 13 min, DLR direct line to Docklands. 5 night buses. The area its very safe, located a very short walking distance from Blackheath and Greenwich park. The flat is 2 min walk to Tesco open 24/7 in Lewisham. All amenities nearby: a large food and veg market, and the Lewisham Shopping Centre is just 7 min by walk (Sainsbury, Primark, H&M, Marks&Spencer , BHS, Tkmax etc..) and several supermarkets Tesco, Sainsbury, etc. The block is a council house.
Downstairs there is a kitchen and a small toilet. Upstairs there are 3 rooms and a bathroom.
The room has a double bed, plenty of storage space, a wardrobe and a large shelving unit with a desk. Very largue windows and loads of natural light.
