Beautiful flat in convenient but quiet location

The flat is one of three in a large Victorian house, furnished by the landlords to a very high standard. It is upper ground floor and the big windows let in lots of natural light. The bedroom has a double bed and a large built in wardrobe plus there’s a good sized and attractive living/dining room, kitchen, shower room, and a huge garden to be shared.

It’s only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of Lewisham and around seven to the station with very frequent trains into London Bridge (10 minutes), Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Waterloo and Victoria, plus the DLR. Greenwich and Blackheath are a short bus ride away.

I work in arts management and moved back to the UK earlier this year after a long time working abroad and then travelling. I have lived in lots of shared flats and like the social side of this but also to have my own space. I like music, film, food, wine, and spending time with my friends. My flatmate has to move out so I am looking for someone to share this lovely flat with me!

There may be the possibility to stay in the flat longer than the seven months remaining on the current contract.
