£390 double room Lewisham month of November

A cosy double room has become available for the month of November, in Lewisham house share in London, Zone 2. SE13, from the 31st October until the 29th November. (See pictures)
£390 (All inclusive rent and bills: Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Virgin Media broadband /TV/Phone & Water Bills.)
Lewisham train & DLR station are in zone 2 and it takes 8 minutes to walk from the house. From there London Bridge is 10 mins. Charing Cross is 20 mins & Bank station is 25 mins.
Local amenities by foot:
10 mins to Blackheath. 15 mins to Greenwich Park. 5 mins to lots of shops & a brilliant food market. 5 mins to a brand new Leisure Centre with gym and swimming pool by station.
You will be sharing with 7 people in their 20s and 30s (3 boys & 4 girls), all young professionals who get along well so there is a good atmosphere in the house. We are quite social and do things together but we also do our own thing. There is a Welsh couple, an Irish guy, a Swedish girl, a French girl, a Polish girl, an Argentinian guy & we have also a Golden Retriever called Molly who will welcome you every single day.
The house is very big on 3 floors with 7 bedrooms, big kitchen, big living room, 2 bathrooms (more than enough as people have very different schedules)., utility room and nice garden where we sometimes play ping pong (see pictures).
In our free time we love BBQs, watching films and going to the local pub.
