I have a double room in my great, modern, very high spec, fully furnished and well equipped flat. It's right next to Lewisham station and a stones throw away from the beautiful Blackheath & Greenwich.

Location ...

- Great spot for commuting to London Bridge (3 stops), the City (Bank via DLR, or Cannon Street - 4 stops), Canary Wharf (DLR), Waterloo (4 stops) Charing Cross (5 stops), or Victoria (4 stops). The flat is pretty much next to the overground and DLR station, and the large 24 hour bus station, so it is super super convenient.

- A 10 minute walk to the beautiful Greenwich Park, and surrounding pubs and bars, as well as Borough market from London Bridge, or O2 centre.

- Next to a Large Lewisham shopping centre for all your admin-type needs.

About me ...

- I am pretty liberal, open minded individual that works in the city and have a fairly busy social and work life, and I am looking for someone similar who compliments my working routine.

- The ideal flat mate would be someone who is appreciative of this but still up cooking together now and again, sharing a cuppa, watching the occasional film/TV, and partial to a drink or eat out. I have a large circle of friends already and it would be great if we could mix social circles and feel more like friends than flat mates, but I am relaxed about how you want to play it.

- All furnishings are new, and of a gods spec. Given I own the place, I'm quite house proud so I'm looking for a flat mate that would care for the flat as much as I would, and be clean, conscientious and caring. So bear that in mind if you are messy...
