Short Term Let 3/11 - 22/12 **Double Room**

Hi my brother is away working from the beginning of November and we are looking for someone rent his room from the 3rd November - 22nd December 2014

You will be sharing with myself Tom 31 yr old gay guy, work in property, 9-5 type job fun and easy going guy and my brother Tony 46 yr old straight guy who works on cruise ships so is away most of the time, so most of the time it will only be me here.

We live in a large 3 bedroom, lounge, dinning room, large kitchen, utility room, bathroom plus ground floor toilet house. Its newly refurbished. We have furnished the property ourselves in a modern fashion, but warm and cosy.

The room is a good size double with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws (also some extra storage on landing if needed) and black out curtains.

We are looking for someone who is easy going, laid back and clean and tidy.

We are not clean freaks but like to keep our home tidy.
