The building is just 2 mins walk from the station with train links to London major stations 20 mins or less, and also out into Kent. Buses everywhere and of course the DLR for Canary Wharf, Bank and City Airport etc.

Local pubs and restaurants are walking distance, and the shopping centre and 24 hour tescos are just across the road.

The room is furnished to a high standard with its own en-suite, the building has concierge, gym and pool, and parking. Huge wrap around balcony with amazing views of the whole city, and 2 communal roof gardens.

Im clean tidy respectful (quietly gay) and easy to get along with. Love to watch TV, have good food and share the spare time we both have with a flat mate but equally comfortable with my own company, Im the only other tenant. Can work at home and away some nights in the week, ex elite athlete and currently a circus performer in baton.

Rent: single person £835, couple £945 + bills (120-150 per month split evenly)
Parking is unallocated at £104 per month in the covered carpark on site.
Agent fees include credit checks at £185 and deposit is £1125.
