Hello,

We are looking for a single person or a couple. This newly refurbished luxury flat has two large double bedrooms. The bedroom available has an ensuite shower room and there is also a main bathroom with bath and shower. The flat is on the top floor of a block in a new development just off Lewisham High Street. It is on the 5th Floor with a lift and you have great views from the balcony (with a BBQ and fake grass) over Canary Wharf and Crystal Palace. The living room/dining room/kitchen is extremely light as there are windows on three aspects. The rest of the flat is also airy and bright.

Lewisham station is about 7 mins walk away from where you have the DLR, Over Ground to Central London (10 mins London Bridge, 15 mins Waterloo, Victoria, Charing Cross and Canon Street. 20 mins to Canary Wharf) and many buses. The transport links are very reliable and run often, especially at peak times when trains come every few minutes. There are various night buses from central London that stop just outside the flat. For the cyclists among you, it’s about 5 miles to the City.

The flat has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard with wooden floors throughout (tiles in bathrooms and kitchen). The whole flat is fitted with new and modern furniture and includes all mod cons.

There's a gym and swimming pool opposite and many shops in the area. The town centre is currently being expanded and improved. All amenities you would need on a daily basis are within 5 mins. Although it’s close to central London, there are also quite a few parks and green spaces close by. Local night life includes Lewisham, New Cross, Greenwich, the O2 dome and many more!
You will be sharing with a very friendly South African couple (27 and 29 yrs old). They work in graphic design and the hospitality industry. They love to travel, cook and hang out with friends. They are relaxed and respectful of their housemates and the environment in which they live, always keeping it clean and tidy.

All the bills are fixed and come to about £80 per month for the room including high speed broadband, gas/electricity, council tax, water, tv licence, netflix and lovefilm.
