I'd like to note that I am only leaving this flat because I am going away for a year abroad, I'm sad to leave as its the perfect spot to live in and the people are great to live with.
this cosy single bedroom is located 2 minutes away from Marylebone Station situated in a family estate, shared with three other easy-going, respectful and friendly students.
The Flat comprises of three staggered floors, where the shared kitchen is on the top floor, two bedrooms are on the middle floor and the shared bathroom, shared toilet, and remaining two rooms are located on the lower ground floor.
Transport is within two minutes from the flat. 139 and 189 buses take you to oxford circus in 10-15 minutes. Tube and over ground services are available at Marylebone Station; the tube to oxford circus is 4minutes. The flat is 7 Minutes (walking) away from Baker Street station.

The room itself is well lit, clean and has plenty of storage. good size desk, double wardrobe, bedside table, shelves and a bed with a great mattress. Opposing the room is two storage rooms where you can put suitcases and extra stuff.

Looking for a respectful, social, clean student who is easy to get on with. Current tenants are hard working students and have part-time jobs, super friendly and sociable.
