Double room in huge cool apartment (Mon-Fri only)

Hi, thanks for showing interest in my spare room. It's a big double, furnished room in a very cool factory conversion very close to Edgware Rd tube and Marylebone tube. Paddington station is a 15 min walk away.

The spare room is available on a Monday to Friday basis only, but there is no need to move your stuff out each weekend.

The Hilton Metropole across the road charges at least £150 per night.

The block used to be a factory making tires for Spitfires and other planes in the war. It's next door to Farrell's architects practice and all the amenities/restaurants/shops on Edgware Rd, including Church St market and antiques.

We are a gay couple. My boyfriend lives with me, but there are no other occupiers.

We have an en-suite so you will have use of the other shower-room. There is broadband but we don't have a TV. We like to spend our evenings cooking, reading and and listening to music.

Weekly cleaning together with clean towels and linen is included in the price.

We are both hard working lawyers, so not looking to share with a party animal. We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful of our space and easy-going. We are both vegetarians, so a vege/vegan would be a bonus! Otherwise, sorry meat-eaters, no cooking meat :(
