We have two large double rooms available to rent in a recently refurbished four bedroom house in London Bridge (Zone 1).

In terms of its location within London, it is within walking distance of the Shard, South Bank, Tate Modern, The Tower of London, The Borough Market, and is situated adjacent to Borough High Street which is a lively area with trendy restaurants and pubs. Additionally, with the London Bridge Tube Station being less then a five minute walk there is easy access to popular London areas like Covert Gardens, SOHO, The Strand, Camden and Shoreditch (to name a few). Although being in the hart of London, the flat itself is located on a quiet residential street which makes it conducive for studying/downtime. This is one of the things that attracted me to the property as it provided the option of being within walking distance of excitement, but at the same time not be surrounded by it 24/7.

Currently the house is comprised of two King's College London Students: one post-graduate doing a PhD, and the other a medical student. We are laid back, very clean/tidy, and enjoy socializing but respect personal space. This property is ideal for a student or young professional wishing to live in Zone 1.
