My flatmate has just moved out, so his room is now available!

It is a double room (with its own bathroom - not ensuite, but no need to share!) available in the much sought after Providence Square development (George Row / Jacob Street, SE1) - very close to the river bank and to views of Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf.

The Providence Square development is a fairly large, secure, gated development with 24 hour Concierge and CCTV security in the beautiful Shad Thames!

The flat is on a raised ground floor (so almost like being on the first floor), but is very secure (Gated development, has extra window security, and there have been no reported break ins at any of the development in the last few years).

Lounge is fairly large and includes a corner sofa, dining table and chairs, bookshelf, TV stand etc (sorry, could only upload 5 photos, so couldn't fit these in, but message me with your email address to see them!)

You will be living with me:
I am a 30 year old British male, working in Digital Forensics in the city. I have been living in London for over 3 years (Originally from the Midlands) in successful flatshares. I am sociable, clean (but not OCD) and considerate about flatmates. Generally fairly quiet, especially during the week, when I like to take it easy after work. I have friends around London, but would like to live with someone who I get on with, and would consider a friend, not just a flatmate... maybe sometimes sharing a drink or meal in the flat.

- 8 mins walk to/from London Bridge Station (Northern Line & Jubilee Line)
- 5 mins walk to/from Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line)
- 20 mins walk to/from Bank Station
- 2 mins talk to/from Tesco Metro/Co-Op Store

Terms and Bills:

The flat is available immediately and I am looking to fill the room ASAP.

The price includes water bills and access to the onsite gym and sauna room - Saving gym membership of around £75 per month in the area!

I can offer a rate which includes all bills except the Gas/Electricity.
