Hi,

I am moving out of my spacious, clean, non smoker double room in the London Bridge/Borough/Bermondsey area, and am looking for someone to take it on full time from the 19th April 2014.

The travel links are extremely good with London Bridge, Bermondsey and Borough tube station all a 10 min walk away.

There is also a large Tesco and Sainsbury's a 5 and 2 min walk away.

The flat is located very close to Bermondsey square and high street which hosts a range of nice bars, pubs, parks and restaurants.

The other flat mates are 3 lovely guys age 23-26 who work in the professional services. They are very bubbly, talkative and chilled.

The flat also has a balcony to store bikes safely, and a car parking space.

The monthly bills come to around £95, which includes a weekly cleaner, Sky TV, electric, gas, council tax, Broadband, house 'stuff'....basically everything.

The room also come completely furnished, but can also remove furnishings if you'd prefer.
