Great Double Room Just Off Maltby Market

Hi there,

as I am moving in with my boyfriend my big and quiet double room comes available in a friendly flatshare between Bermondsey Street and Maltby Market.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This is an Ex-Council flat, completely renovated two years ago. We keep it tidy and clean. It has a shared living room and a very nice kitchen. Upstairs are a bathroom and three bedrooms. As it is off the road, you hardly hear any noise coming from the streets.

We take much joy ouf of the location, with delicious Maltby Street Market just around the corner and nearby Bermondsey Street with great restaurants and atmosphere; as well as free tennis courts in Tanner Street Park and a short walk to the Thames.

London Bridge station with national rail links and the Jubilee and Northern line is in walking distance as well as the famous Borough Market.

We are in our 30's and professionals with busy lives. As we are friends, we don't want somebody just looking for a bed and privacy, but someone who fits in and who is interested in having a meal together once in a while or visiting the market. We are looking for a friendly professional of similar age, preferably female.
