Hello - I am looking for a new flatmate from 1st August onwards to share a large bright 2 bed flat on Long Lane in SE1 (Zone 1).
The flat is perfect for anyone working in the City or Canary Wharf who wants to be in Zone 1 with excellent public transport links - located 7-10 mins walk from London Bridge Station (overground, Jubilee, Northern lines), and the City is only 15 mins by bus. Long Lane is next door to Bermondsey Street and 10 mins from Shad Thames and Borough Market.
The room is very bright and a good size furnished double with a private bathroom (not ensuite). The Living room/ open plan kitchen is huge with an amazing view of the City and the Shard.
Total bills are around £100 a month a month and rent is £250pw.
The building has secure underground parking if needed.
