Awesome 2 bedroom modern flat - 1 double available

I was suppose to be renting this awesome 2 bed flat out with a friend from Uni but due to unforeseen circumstances he is not going to be able to move in anymore so have a spare double bedroom now free.

The flat itself is really cool, really modern with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so you will have a private bathroom to yourself and then an open plan kitchen/lounge area which comes furnished (landlord is putting in a sofa etc). It includes dishwasher/ washing machine etc. All completely refurbished so literally a new build and it's the other side from the road so it's quiet.

The flat is probably 30 minute walk from the City, 10-15 minute walk to London Bridge / More London, 5 mins from Borough station and hence an easy commute to the city or Canary Wharf (where i work). Around the area, there's a Tescos a few mins away up the road and also a Soho gym really close aswell.

I'm looking for a young professional/student guy or girl with a good work/social life balance and who is looking for a place in the London bridge area. I'm very easy to get on with, into all sports, from football to golf to skiing. Like to go out with mates etc and into music. Recently started a job in banking so hours can be pretty long at times mon-fri so dine in a bit but not much of a cook...I'm also quite tidy but not OCD.

Not so much looking for a best friend as such but perhaps someone just to grab a drink with now and again or have a bit of a conversation with ha Someone ideally pretty similar with similar interests....

Rent is 225 a week excl bills then council tax, bills etc can be split 50/50

I realise that it may seem expensive, but its a great flat in a great area with most flats renting at absolute min 500/week and decent one-beds around here rent out for £1, 600/month +. Looking for someone to move in Asap
