Large Double Room - London Bridge & Bermondsey

I am sadly having to move home from a lovely household in Central London.

The room is large and light with the bathroom next door.

There is a lounge/kitchen and a large garden/parking with an electric gate and fully secure perimeter.

The house is based 10 minutes walk from borough tube and 10 minutes from London bridge. Bermondsey street is 2mins away and Waterloo is a 10 minute bus ride or 20minute walk. Buses to Holborn etc. are 15-20 minutes and Tower Bridge is a 10 minute walk.

The room has some furniture in it but the bed and desk/chair/chest of drawers are mine. They can be bought (as they are brand new) for £250. This would be my preference for a housemate. I am also leaving a TV downstairs with the flatmates.

In the kitchen you will have your own cupboard for food and a shelf in the fridge also. There is a washing machine, new oven, stove and microwave.

The housemates are amazing.
3 Italians and 1 Slovenian. All are friendly and caring. Each week we have a family meal and there is a real sense of friendship in the house. The new housemate must fit into this. They are all tidy, considerate and helpful.

The Italian housemates smoke indoors so please note this (I don't smoke and it is not a problem for me). There is also a 3 year old Labrador called Zach who is really friendly but completely deaf. Dog lovers preferred.

Room is on first floor. And overlooks the garden.

The new flatmate would be moving in for a minimum term of 4 months with a chance to extend this on a month by month basis. There will be a 1 month notice period if the contract needs to end after the 4 months so the minimum term overall would be 5 months.

Overall, this place is a one of a kind. There is no other location this central with all this.
