Flat in London Bridge/Borough

We have a room going in our awesome flat about 10-15 min walk from London bridge/borough station. We're a laid back, friendly group of professionals that are really looking for someone that gets on well with us all as we are all good friends as well as housemates.

We are ideally looking for another girl to make the ratio even. Someone who is really easy to live and get on with, who will come out with us all for drinks occasionally and someone who is tidy and respectful is preferred. Would be good if you had a profile set up or you sent us some info about yourself so we could get an idea of who you are too.

The flat is homely, clean and has recently had a brand new kitchen fitted which includes a dishwasher and lots of storage space. We also have a small terrace which is great for BBQs and gatherings. There's 3 Sainsburys, a Tesco Express and a large Tesco all nearby and plenty of takeaways nearby if thats your bag. We're also really close to Bermondsey Street which is great for a night out and Maltby Street market if you're into pop up food stalls.

Council tax is included in the price. Bills come to about 45 pound a month including a cleaner who comes once a week.
