A ground floor apartment with 2 floors. Kitchen, living room, WC & Shower downstairs, bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs. The bedroom available comes with a bed, mattress, drawers, side table and wardrobe (in the hallway).

Location is 2 min walk to Stepney Tube station, between Whitechapel and Mile end in East London. Close to Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Victoria Park and the canals.

House mates are 2 guys. We are sociable, easy going and looking for a girl or guy equally as sociable. Keen to have someone who is looking to have a laugh with the people they live with and not put off by the thought of having a fun night here and there. Not massively keen on people who are never around much and hang out in their room 24/7.

Paul 30yrs old: British guy who works for for an online tech company. Interests include festivals (Glastonbury this year), seeing DJ's/bands sometimes, socialising, films, comedy...usual stuff.

Joe 28yrs old: Works with something to do with liver healing, he's confirmed we actually can drink lots without worry!....probably dislikes the way I don't know what he does for a job. :-)

Only real ask is to keep shared areas clean & tidy. Non smoker's only. Smoking in the property is not allowed.
