Two bright sunny rooms E1- excellent location!

Two bright sunny rooms available, 1 double and 1 single. 30 secs to shops- 3-7mins to tube/dlr (shadwell or whitechapel) buses 30 secs. edge of zone 1 /2 city borders- walk to zone 1 in 15-20 mins. I am quiet, friendly and kind. I work full time in government and also am student lawyer- so study late. I want to live with quiet considerate and mature minded individuals who are very clean and tidy! I'm afraid I'm not looking for new friends ( although I am friendly and wouldnt be adverse to a new friendship if it happened naturally but I simply dont have time to socialise much!) The flat is very homely and well furnished, but I am very hygiene conscious so wipe down surfaces after use; I hate dirty toilet habits, and I bleach and wipe clean areas including bins!! I love international flatmates as I like to learn about different cultures. I like music food and sport, not necessarily in that order but I rarely have time to indulge. I usually work and study very late so need peace and quiet, and drama free! The flat is super close to all shops, farmers markets, the riverside and lovely eateries and bars in limehouse, towerhill, canarf wharf and shoreditch. It is well suited to professionals who have a little bohemian edge ;)
