Double room in unconventional flat

We are two guys looking for someone for a double room in a warehouse flat near whitechappel/shadwell not too far from the tube. Rent is £540 a month including bills except electricity. The deposit is one month’s rent and its available from today really.

The flat is a great space on the top (third) floor. It has big sitting/dining area with lots of natural light from the glass skylights, a wooden floors and comfy sofas. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven microwave all the usual stuff, oh and wi-fi.

The room is on the small side but it does fit a double bed. There is also no window in it but the living space is so big and bright we spend most of our time there.
You will be sharing with two chilled guys I’m 28 and a product designer and Jason is 25 and works for a social media agency. We cook for each other, hang out and watch films etc. as well as going out together but have our own social lives and the occasional party.

The ideal candidate would be open minded and sociable, with a day job and clean/tidy. We’re looking for someone who wants to live here for more than a couple of months who wants to hang out with us and generally be part of flat life as well as having their own social life.
