I have a double room available in my 2 bedroom flat. You would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and living room with me only.

The room has a double bed with space for underbed storage, a mirrored double wardrobe, a chair and a chest of drawers. The flat has been fully refurbished last year. The flat is on the top floor of a local authority building, very close to a small park and tennis courts. The building has a secure entry system, a lift and the whole area is very well lit.

The rent is £625 per month and is inclusive of all bills (incl wifi, cable TV, etc). One month deposit required.

The flat is ideally located for transport, just 5 minutes walk to Bethnal Green stations (overground and underground) and Stepney Green and 10 mins to Whitechapel.

I am looking for a professional female, friendly, tidy and considerate. The moving in date is flexible.
