* Just off Shoreditch High Street Overground station (E1) - at a stone throw to SpitafieId market, Brick Lane, Liverpool St and of course all the bar/cafes/restaurants & hipstertainment.

* Rent: £950 pm.
+ Deposit £1040.
Internet/wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine and Cleaner twice a month.

* We are: friends living together - Ben, Lea, and me. We are professionals, internationals, open-minded, spontaneous, hard workers, yet super chill & laid-back. And clean and tidy (not extreme, but it's kind of important - cleaner booked once a week, just in case).

Life-style: when we are not too taken up by work or our own activities, we set time to catch-up at our locals, bum around, movie-in, jamming or just plain lazy nights.
We often end-up cooking together and/or for each other. And having friends around for any of the above. OK. It's not a night-after-night thing.

Unfortunately I am moving out.

So we (well, Ben and Lea) are looking for our new 3rd Musketeer(a).

* You : Open, relaxed and adventurous enough to dare trying/sharing some experimental cooking and cocktails. Sociable, not scared to meet or introduce new people (how else could it work in London?) - and somehow clean!
