Great house share in E1

Current housemates, Ed, Tim and Roland are looking for one or maybe two additions to our house near Stepney Green tube station. It is a fantastic house with a beautiful garden and great common sitting room/kitchen. Current housemates are full time professionals and the house has a friendly and fun atmosphere.

The most important thing for us is that our new housemates are a correct fit so we would like to meet in the next week or so to make sure that we all get along. Therefore, for people that are interested, we will get in touch with some open house times. This will be a chance for people to pop by, view the house and meet us. We will also be at the Shoreditch Speed Flatmating, 19th August, 7-9pm, so look out for us.

When we can, we like spending time together at home and would hope any new flatmates would enjoy doing so as well. However, we spend quite a bit of time away travelling or out and about so aren't all at home a huge amount. We like having friends over for drinks/dinner in the large open plan sitting room/kitchen and garden and would hope new housemates would enjoy doing so too.

There are two rooms available as two of our current flatmates are moving abroad for six months. Ideally we would like to fill both rooms for the next six months but are happy to meet people who are looking for somewhere to live for longer. One room (large double) is bigger than the other (small double) but has a higher rent.

House is fully kitted out (washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs (small downstairs, large upstairs in master bedroom for sport), piano, bbq etc). We have Sky (with Sky Sports) and a cleaner that comes each week. Also- we've put a bit of effort in decorating the house (see photos) but left a 'fourth plinth' (i. e. Trafalgar Square) for the new housemates to give their best effort.
