Hi everyone!

We're looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our lovely house located between Bethnal Green and Stepney Green!

The house is a 2 floors maisonette with a large kitchen/dinning area, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets, and a garden (with barbecue!)

Situated on the ground floor, the room is the largest of the house and comes fully furnished with double bed, desk and plenty of storage space!

5 minutes walking from Bethnal Green and Stepney Green
6 minutes from Whitechapel
20 minutes walk from Shoreditch (5 min by bus).
Pubs, Tesco, Sainsbury, Off Licence. All we need is short walking distance!

All young professionals, we have different schedules and enjoy our privacy. But don't get me wrong, we also love to share a nice dinner and a bottle of wine sometimes!

We are looking for a similar minded professional, fun and easy-going, who would participate to make this house a real home and does not shy away from cleaning when needed.

No couples please.

The room is 600£ per month + bills
1 month rent + 1 month deposit
No agency (= no extra fee!)
