Dbl room in converted church; professionals only

We are 2 professionals, 31 and 35, with an amazing converted church in Bethnal Green and we need a flatmate to move in as of the 30th of November (or later). We are very social, fun, laid back and responsible. We generally work long hours during the week and occasionally have friends over on a weekend for dinner or drinks before going out.

The flat:
- Converted church, triplex
- Fully-furnished double room with a skylight and arched ceiling
- 2 toilets, 1 with large shower
- Large kitchen and lounge
- Washing machine and dishwasher
- Wooden floors
- Small garden at the front
- Locked front gate, very secure
- 5 min walk to Bethnal Green tube and 10-15 min walk to Whitechapel tube

You have:
- Full-time job
- Good references
- Ability to commit to 6-month stay or longer
