The flat is in Quay430 - opposite Waitrose in Wapping. Lovely area. Close to restaurants and bars. Walking distance to Tower Hill/ Wapping station and Bus No 100 to Liverpool St.
The flat comes with a cleaner for communal areas (fortnightly), can clean your bathroom and bedroom at £10/ hr. All bills are included.
We are looking for a clean professional to take it. I'm a 31 yr old Architect and my boyfriend is a Finance professional working in Mayfair. Very easy going. We don't have house parties and don't play loud music. Looking for someone similar.
